We are open Monday – Sunday = No events later than 11 pm.

IMPORTANT:

We are an hourly event space rental.  You rent the hours you need, including setup and tear-down time.  Rental rates are based on the number of attendees (maximum 50 guests).   You can customize your event to fit your budget and style.  You can bring your vendors, food, decorators, and music.

PRICING DETAILS

The base price for rental is $750.00 for 4 hours (minimum) (for up to 50 guests) and is only $150.00 each additional hour (whole hour increments only), plus a 5% processing fee. 

When planning your event, be sure to consider any additional time you will need for set-up before your event’s start time, as well as clean-up afterwards (tear-down decoration + pick up trash only).

We don’t host events for more than 50 people; however, if your budget is not restricted, you can consult with us for pricing and requirements.

For Saturdays only, for events of 6 hours or less, the events need to end at the latest at 4:30 pm or start at 6:00 pm.  For example, if your event is 4 hours, you need to book from 12:30 pm-4:30 pm, 6:00-10:00 pm, or 7:00-11:00 pm, etc.  If you have any questions, please email us at hello@verandasevents.com.

EVENT BOOKING DETAILS

To reserve a date, you must pay a 50% non-refundable booking retainer and sign an agreement. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days before your event. There is also an additional 5% Processing fee.

This is not a requirement, but it’s recommended that you purchase liability insurance to protect yourself against any guest injury or property damage arising from the event.   CLICK HERE.

We don’t offer complimentary time for setup (decor, etc) & breakdown, please make sure you book enough time.   The property will be ready 15 minutes before your booked time.  All events/music must end no later than 11pm regardless of the prepaid overtime.  At least one hour must be allotted for teardown within the rental timeframe.

We allow beer, wine, and seltzers only.  Other types of liquor must be served by a licensed vendor, and a hired HPD security officer(s) will be required at an additional fee.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Use of Verandas tables and chairs is included in the booking rate within the allotted timeframe.

You must be at least 25 years old to book the space.

  • Total land space: 8,000 sq ft
  • Bathrooms: 2
  • On-site free parking spaces: 10-15. (Additional parking for 20-25 cars $100 extra).
